This dir(DevHelp) is made to host a local server that's intended to help develop the website.

The functions of this dir include:

• Auto generating parts of some files within the blog directory.
• Include a markdown block writer.

Other use cases may be added in the future.

Keep in mind: no where in that list is "public usage" included.
